Agreement
The Delivery Partner agrees to provide pickup and delivery services using the Zopsho Partner App, strictly following the guidelines and instructions provided by Zopsho.
1. Partner Obligations:
The Delivery Partner shall:
a) Ensure punctual pickup and delivery of orders.
b) Maintain professional behavior with customers.
c) Use their own vehicle, fuel, and smartphone for operations.
d) Follow all applicable road safety and traffic regulations.
e) Wear appropriate delivery T-Shirt and Bag.
f) Keep mobile app notifications ON during duty hours.
2. Earnings, Deposit & Payout:
a) Partners will earn per delivery as per the prevailing Zopsho payout structure.
b) Minimum payment for each eligible delivery is ₹35. Minimum Base Pay: ₹35
c) Weekly settlements will be processed every Monday (Execpted Bank Holidays)
d) Zopsho reserves the right to revise the payout structure with prior notice.
Please Note: Rates do not increase in direct proportion to distance. Rates are determined based on operational cost, route, and average delivery density. The Amount will be credite your wallet (Earnings) after only picked the order.
e) Onboarding Security Deposit
The onboarding security deposit may vary depending on city, availability, offers, or company policy. Any applicable discounts or promotional offers will be communicated at the time of joining.
All new delivery partners are required to pay a refundable onboarding security deposit, currently set at ₹399 at the time of registration.
This deposit is collected to cover training, verification, activation, and administrative expenses.
The security deposit is refundable only after completing 50 successful orders.
If a partner resigns before completing 50 orders, the security deposit will not be refunded.
After completing 50 orders, the refund will be processed upon resignation, subject to clearance of all company property and dues.
As part of onboarding, Zopsho provides each partner with their first official delivery kit (T-shirt and bag) free of cost.
In case a partner requires a replacement kit (due to loss, damage, or additional request), a charge of ₹699 will apply for each new kit.
3. Incentives & Penalties:
Partners may receive performance-based Incentives.
Penalties may apply for:
a) Order cancellation without valid reason.
b) Misbehavior with customers
c) Delays or tampering with deliveries.
4. Safety:
a) Partner is responsible for their own safety while on duty.
b) Zopsho encourages the use of helmets, seat belts, and safe driving practices.
5. Code of Conduct:
a) Never consume alcohol, drugs, or smoke or misuse of substances during delivery hours.
b) No misconduct, threats, or abusive language with customers or Zopsho team.
c) Delivery Partner must not misrepresent themselves as a Zopsho employee.
6. Device and App Usage:
a) The Zopsho Partner App must be used only by the registered partner.
b) No third-party login or sharing credentials.
c) App must be kept updated to avoid service disruptions.
7. Termination of Agreement:
This agreement may be terminated by either party under the following conditions:
a) By the Delivery Partner with 7 days’ written notice.
b) By Zopsho for violation of terms, misconduct, or fraud.
c) Zopsho reserves the right to suspend or blacklist a partner for breach of contract.
8. Confidentiality:
The Partner agrees not to disclose customer data, delivery details, or company operations to any third party during and after the term of the agreement.
9. Rights to change status or shift:
Zopsho reserves the right to make changes to your status or shift you to offline mode if an order is not accepted within the expected time.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zopsho Partner App and your engagement as a delivery partner with Zopsho, operated by Zopsho Digital Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
1. Partner Eligibility
To register and operate as a Zopsho delivery partner, you must:
a) Be at least 18 years of age.
b) Possess a valid government-issued photo ID and driving license.
c) Own or have legal access to a two-wheeler vehicle.
d) Hold valid vehicle registration and insurance.
e) Have an active bank account and mobile number.
f) Have a smartphone compatible with the Zopsho Partner App.
2. Partner Responsibilities
As a delivery partner, you agree to:
a) Accept and complete delivery tasks promptly and honestly.
b) Maintain a polite and respectful attitude toward customers.
c) Follow app navigation and delivery instructions correctly.
d) Wear a helmet and comply with all road and traffic safety rules.
e) Not tamper any packages.
f) Use the Zopsho Partner App only for official delivery purposes.
g) Maintain your vehicle in good working condition.
3. Earnings and Payments
a) Delivery payments will be calculated based on order distance
b) Payouts are processed weekly to your registered bank account.
c) Any bonuses or incentives are conditional and subject to meeting performance benchmarks.
d) Zopsho reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in cases of fraud, fake deliveries, or order tampering.
4. Use of Zopsho Partner App
a) You must keep GPS/location ON and accept permissions requested by the app.
b) App misuse such as fake locations or fake deliveries will lead to account termination.
c) Keep the app updated to avoid delivery or payment issues.
5. Suspension or Termination
Zopsho reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your partner account if you:
a) Violate terms or code of conduct.
b) Commit fraud or theft.
c) Receive repeated customer complaints.
d) Fail to maintain documentation or vehicle compliance.
6. Legal Compliance
a) You are responsible for all licenses, taxes, and traffic fines incurred during your service.
b) You must follow all laws applicable to vehicle use and delivery operations.
7. Amendments
Zopsho reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be notified via the Zopsho Partner App or registered mobile/email.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
