Cancellation & Refund Policy
*1. Order Cancellation*
• Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before confirmation to avoid any inconvenience.
• Zopsho reserves the right to cancel any order if it is deemed fraudulent, violates our terms of service, or is not deliverable to the provided address.
Cancellation of a Pick-up and Drop order after the delivery executive has picked up the delivery items will result in a cancellation fee being charged equivalent to the entire service fee.
*2. Refund Policy*
• Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be refunded within 3-7 days.
• Customers can cancel their order after it has been placed however, 50% of the order amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• Once a delivery partner is picked, no refund will be provided for cancellations
If the Customer qualifies for a refund according to the terms outlined in this T&Cs, the refund value will be reimbursed to the customer’s bank account registered with Zopsho. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary and could take between 3 to 7 business days (or longer for international banks) due to the necessary procedures undertaken by Zopsho, the Card Company, and/or the Bank.
