Zopsho may gather various types of information from users of our application, collectively referred to as Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes details such as first and last names, gender, physical addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, GPS location, date of birth, photographs, and identification (ID).
Additionally, we may collect information regarding past Zopsho orders, customer service inquiries, service reviews, and certain social networking preferences (e.g., pages you ‘Like or ‘Recommend’).
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) refers to aggregated and demographic data that does not disclose your specific identity. We and our third-party service providers may collect Non-PII, including demographic data such as location, gender, and date of birth. This information may be aggregated in a manner that does not personally identify you or any other user.
We and our third-party service providers may also employ technologies to enhance your experience and provide tailored information.
Use of your Information
Zopsho utilizes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to establish and manage users’ Zopsho accounts, communicate about Zopsho services, offer additional services, promotions, and special offers, as well as to process purchases made through Zopsho. Users have the option to opt out of receiving promotional communications by visiting the application and providing their email address via the opt-out option on their Personal account page. PII may also be used by Zopsho to enforce its terms of use and service.
Zopsho does not sell collected information to third parties but shares it with third-party vendors and service providers to facilitate application functions and service delivery. Additionally, Zopsho may share users’ order details and contact information with vendors to process orders and may disclose PII to third parties such as attorneys, collection agencies, or law enforcement authorities as necessary.
User-generated content, such as service/vendor reviews and social networking preferences, may be publicly accessible on the application, and Zopsho cannot guarantee the privacy of any PII included in such content.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) may be used for any purpose as it does not personally identify individuals. Zopsho reserves the right to share Non-PII with affiliates and third parties. In certain cases, Non-PII may be combined with PII, in which case the combined information is treated as PII.
Payment Information
When placing an order on the application, you must choose a payment method. Zopsho does not require or store your debit/credit card details. Payments can be made directly to the vendor upon delivery, using methods such as cash, card, or UPI. Additionally, online debit/credit card payment is available, and in some cases, it may be the sole payment method accepted. For transactions involving online debit/credit cards, we securely transmit your card information to the respective card company in an encrypted format during order processing. Depending on your preference, we may retain a portion of your card details in encrypted form, employing stringent physical, electronic, and procedural measures to safeguard your credit card information.
Order Placement Information
During the order process, we require personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and similar details necessary to identify you and fulfill your order. This information is used solely to manage and complete your order, including updating you on your order status. Your personal information is treated as confidential and is not shared with any third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Marketing emails are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted to receive such communications.
Navigation and Click Stream Data
While you navigate our application, we collect navigational and click stream data, which includes information such as the pages you visit, the features you utilize, and the duration of your stay on specific pages. This data does not identify you personally and remains unlinked to your identity. We utilize this information for several purposes: to support and analyze your purchases, enhance your experience, fulfill legal requirements, deliver specialized advertising content or recommendations, and for internal analysis. This data is shared only with our staff and third parties involved in completing your transactions, delivering your orders, and analyzing your application usage.
Marketing

Do we disclose your Personal Information?
We may share your information with our staff and third parties involved in delivering your order, as well as in analyzing and supporting your use of the application. Your information may also be disclosed if it’s necessary to protect our legal rights, respond to actual or potential harmful conduct, or if we have a good faith belief that such action is required to: (1) comply with legal obligations, including governmental or court orders, or legal processes served on us, or (2) safeguard our property, rights, application users, or the public. Deletion of Account
At Zopsho, we offer you the ability to delete your account directly through our application. Please be aware that if you have any ongoing transactions or outstanding balances, account deletion may not be possible until these matters are resolved.
Zopsho reserves the right to retain a soft copy of your data for a few months following account deletion. This is to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms and conditions. After this retention period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, ensuring it cannot be recovered.
Kindly ensure all transactions and payments are settled before proceeding with account deletion. To delete your account via our app, please follow these steps:
Open the Zopsho app on your device.
Access the ‘Settings’ menu, typically located within your user profile.
Choose ‘Account Info.’
Select the option to delete your account.
Follow the prompts on-screen to confirm and finalize the deletion process.
Please note that deleting your account will result in the removal of your personal data. However, certain information may need to be retained if required by law or for legitimate business interests, such as legal claims, fraud prevention, or ensuring the safety of ourselves and others. Once your data is deleted from the app, it is permanently erased from our systems and cannot be recovered. For any further inquiries, please reach out to our customer support team.
How is Personally Identifiable Information Disclosed?
We may share personally identifiable information (PII) in the following circumstances:
With third-party service providers who assist us with various services such as data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, IT services, customer service, email delivery, and credit card processing.
As necessary to fulfill your purchase, for instance, sharing PII with our vendor partners to facilitate order fulfillment.
To identify you to any recipient of messages you send through the application regarding app-related content.
With sponsors of promotions (whether hosted by us or not) or in accordance with promotion rules. It’s important to review the rules of each promotion you participate in as they may contain additional information about sponsors’ or third parties’ use of your PII.
